Boulder City Municipal Court has set forth the following payment procedures and policies.
 

Payment Procedures and Policies:

Payment for fines will be accepted in the form of a Money Order, Cashier's Check or cash. Do not send cash through the mail.
Payment for fines will also be accepted via Western Union or with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.
No out-of-state checks will be accepted.
All in-state checks will be accepted with a bank guarantee card and current NV driver's license for ID.
Cashier's Checks, money orders or in-state checks are to be made payable to Boulder City Municipal Court.
When you make a payment, make sure you keep your receipt as proof of that payment.
If bail is being posted, you may post bail with cash or a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover). No checks will be accepted for the posting of bail.


Miscellaneous Fees:
Returned Check ------------------------------------$25.00
Filing notice of appeal and appeal bonds-------------$12.00
Filing for each bail bond-----------------------------$40.00

Fine and Fee Table:
An administrative assessment, required by the Nevada State Legislature, a court facility fee, permitted by the Nevada State Legislature and authorized by Ordinance No. 975, and a Specialty Court Fee, required by the Nevada State Legislature, are added onto all fines imposed by Boulder City Municipal Court.
