Welcome to Boulder City Parks and Recreation
 
Mission Statement:  To provide high-quality and cost effective recreation activities for all residents of Boulder City.  These programmed activities include workshops, labs, tournaments, camps and classes, as well as activities in aquatics, arts, golf, sports and special events.  We are striving to meet the community's recreational needs in all phases of our operation.
 
Boulder City Parks & Recreation offers year-round youth and adult sports, aquatic and recreation programs. Q:  What time do you have Open Gym?
A:  Monday - Thursday: 2:30 - 8:00pm / closed - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Gym hours may vary according to scheduled team sports, daily changes are posted at the main office.
 
Q:  How do I reserve an area of a park or facility for parties and other events?
A:  Please call or stop by our office to check the availability of the park you are interested in, if it is available you will need to complete a Facility Use Application and submit this with the appropriate fees to our main office. 
 
Q:  How do I find out what classes you are currently offering?
A:  Our brochures are mailed twice a year to every resident.  If you have misplaced your copy you can view the current brochure right here on our website or we have a limited supply at our main office.
 
Q:  What before and after-school programs are available?
A:  We offer school safekey at Andrew J. Mitchell elementary.
 
Q:  When is the water on at Veterans' Memorial Splash Park?
A:  May - October
 
Q:  Where can I skateboard in Boulder City?
A:  Veterans' Memorial Park has a designated skateboard area with ramps, jumps and rails.
